State High School Rules with the following amendments:

(minor adjustment may be made between now and January 1, 2017)

1) 6 inning games for 7-12u, 7 inning games for 13-18u.

​

2) 1:45 time limit during pool play (finish the inning), no time limit on the championship game

​

3) Mercy Rule, 15 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5.

​

4) USSSA Rules are used for Bats. For travel, this allows anything with the 1.15 stamp (this covers pretty much everything, most restrictions don't start applying until the 14u age level)

​

5) 11u and older- One Balk warning per pitcher. After that pitchers warning, additional Balks will be enforced. 10u and under--unlimited balk warnings (NON PUNITIVE). 

​

6) Teams may bat their entire roster, bat 9, or bat 10 (with an EH). Teams must maintain this choice for the duration of that game once a game has started.

7)Tiebreakers are as follows

-Head to head

-Least runs given up

-Run Differential

8) Field dimensions are as follows

7/8u: 40/60

10u:46/65

11:12u-50/70

13u:54/80

14-18u:60/90

​

9) Stealing

8u-No leadoffs, runners may leave when ball crosses the plate. Runners may only advance from third to home on batted ball or if they are walked in. Runners may not advance from third to home on pass balls, pitcher/catcher exchange, etc.

Q: We signed up for a tournament, when will we receive our game schedule?
- Tournament schedules will be emailed to head coaches 5-7 days prior to tournament date. Please refrain from requesting schedules prior to this deadline.

Q: When is the deadline to signup for a tournament?
- Registration deadlines are based solely on availability. While one tournament may sell out months in advance, another tournament may have an opening a few days before an event. (NOTE: If your registration form was completed successfully, you DO have a spot in the event.)

Q: What happens if our tournament is rained out?
- If a tournament is completely rained out (no games played), teams receive a 100% refund. If one game is played, teams receive a 60% refund. If two or more games are played, no refund is awarded.

Q: What if we have a scheduling conflict for our tournament weekend?
- We will do everything in our power to accommodate scheduling requests. However, it is essential that your scheduling request is included on your signup form OR emailed to us (must be submitted in writing; requests by phone are NOT sufficient).
